Career development professionals (CDPs) play a critical role in preparing post-secondary students to navigate an increasingly complex and evolving labour market. This webinar will highlight recent research from the Conference Board of Canada on the needs of CDPs in post-secondary settings and introduce new tools designed to support and strengthen career services across the country.

Attendees will gain practical insights into current challenges, promising practices, and actionable resources that can enhance career service delivery in their institutions.

Speaker: Erin Rose, Senior Research Associate, The Conference Board of Canada


Erin Rose is a Senior Research Associate with the Conference Board of Canada’s Education and Skills team. She brings over a decade of multidisciplinary research experience and previously worked with the organization’s Immigration team. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Globalization Studies and a BA (Honours) in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour, both from McMaster University.
