Participants will gain tools to:

  • Recognize common signs and symptoms of financial stress

  • Confidently initiate conversations about money with clients

  • Understand the basics of debt collection practices

  • Access and share useful financial resources and referrals

Whether you're working in employment services, housing, or any client-facing role, this session will help you better support those navigating financial difficulties.

Graham Hiscocks is a Vancouver-based Partnership & Education Specialist with over a decade of experience across the banking, non-profit, and entrepreneurial sectors. He delivers financial literacy workshops to a wide range of organizations and communities, equipping individuals with the tools they need for greater financial well-being. He holds a BA from Simon Fraser University along with several industry certifications in financial services. Graham is committed to making financial knowledge accessible and actionable for all.

  • $40 for non-members
