As the provincial recruitment agency for British Columbia, Health Match BC leads a wide range of provincial recruitment initiatives for key Human Resource priorities throughout the province, contributing to the sustainability of the health care system.

One of these initiatives is the HCA Career Pathways & Bursary Program, supporting future HCAs who aim to register with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry. Out team empowers HCAs with valuable guidance and connections to education and employment opportunities, as well as offer financial support to help assist with expenses associated with the registration process.
