Come join us for our first of quarterly luncheons organized by BCCDA and held at Vancouver Public Library presented by Constance Lynn Hummel:

It’s all about you: Building Connection and Trust through your Online Profile

The client/practitioner relationship begins the moment a client considers working with you, often through an “About” page. Discover how to begin building connection prior to your first live interaction. In this talk, we will explore how to make your initial virtual connection a powerful, trust-building experience, what information your client is actually looking for when deciding on a practitioner, and how to use this to build rapport and kick-start your work together.

Learning Objectives:

1) Discover how to structure your “about you” section to create engagement

2) Learn how to use your client’s language vs professional jargon

3) Find out what to share and what not to share to honour your own personal boundaries
