With a background in psychology and education, and a Career Development Practitioner Certificate from SFU. Taamisah holds a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between mental health, career development, and learning.

As a career development practitioner and trauma-informed yoga facilitator, Taamisah combines expertise in career counseling with a keen awareness of educational principles and yoga to empower individuals on their journey toward balance and self-discovery. Through a trauma-informed approach, she creates a safe and supportive environment for growth and exploration.

Understanding the profound impact of stress on career development and learning, Taamisah empowers individuals to cultivate inner resilience, enhance focus, and embrace self-compassion through the transformative power of yoga.
